Simeon read Philosophy, Politics and Economics at Alcuin College, York University. He has worked with a number of UK Senior Cabinet Ministers and overseas Ambassadors on a range of international issues. As well as assisting various SP500 companies on global matters at DLA Piper Global Government Relations, Simeon has organized several advisory trips to Stockholm, Paris and Madrid on business. He developed his understanding of the complex nature of social innovation and enterprise through interning through several influential think tanks most notable, the Adam Smith Institute, and Demos where he worked on the “Atlas of Ideas “project, an 18-month strategic study emphasizing the importance of science and innovation in emerging markets such as India, South Korea and China. Simeon has an ever-increasing interest in corporate finance and business management and has worked at a number of firms such as Deutsche Bank, ING and BrewinDolphin, BP and is widely involved in a number of business philanthropy projects, also being Head of Corporate Relations at Aiducation. Simeon is also an avid entrepreneur having won many awards including being ranked 7th in the UK, for the Global Student Entrepreneur Awards 2009 and was a finalist in the 2009 UK vsChina Entrepreneurship Competition.
