Golf Villas won “Best Exterior Design” for the 2007 Parade of Homes sponsored by the Blue Ridge Home Builders Association.Managed the development of a $15 million dollar HUD insured 84 unit assisted living community. Heavily involved with the site selections process, all pre-development activities and land entitlements, HUD 232 program application, construction management, marketing and operations.Researched and successfully oversaw the reorganization of the entity’s legal structure in order to more appropriately limit liability. Has since acted as a resource to other providers looking to do the same.Accumulated over $5.5 million in home sales at 55+ community since October 2007.
