Description: - Integrated four separate businesses to create Scotland’s leading independent telecoms provider for SMEs which turned over £1M and employed 12 people.
- Led the introduction of brand new recurring revenue streams, which eventually accounted for over one third of turnover.
- Led rebranding of business and management of external marketing and PR agencies throughout this process.
- Developed management processes, including meeting patterns, introduction of metrics, performance reviews and staff coaching.
- Expanded headcount through recruitment, including hiring and firing to build the team.
- Introduced focus on quality, which led to winning the award for “Excellence in Customer Service” at the Glasgow Business Awards 2009.
