Description: Started out as an external consultant in 2006, then moved to be a full-time director, with more responsibilities added.
Responsible for:
Marketing:
- Branding and marketing the company and its products, through structured activities of market positioning and leading a team with different functions such as: Public Relations, Market Intelligence.
- Successfully managed a budget of over 500 thousand Jordanian Dinars in 2007. And currently, overseeing a budget of over two million Jordanian Dinars, budgeted to be spent locally and internationally in 2008.
- An expert of briefing, and well-networked, maintaining excellent relations with most local and few regional and international branding & advertising agencies.
- Successfully carried out several Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives, dealing with youth sports, protecting the environment, combating poverty, etc.
- Responsible for the creation of the company’s new corporate website, and the revamping of different project websites.
Business Development:
- Company restructuring, from developing different versions of the Organizational Structure and Salary Scale, to setting up policies and procedures, and drafting the ‘Employees Handbook’.
- Following up on fulfilling the requirements for achieving the ISO9001:2000 certification.

Board Member of different NGOs in Jordan such as:
- Jordan society for Quality (JSQ), serving as Treasurer of the board of directors.
- National Forum for Youth & Culture: Jordan Youth (NFYC), co-founder & past president (for three years)… organized several national forums to increase youth participation, and advocacy campaigns to advocate for laws against domestic violence, etc.
- Friends of Archaeology & Heritage (FoAH), past secretary of the board for two terms (2003-2007). Helped in organizing several Heritage weeks, institutionalizing the society and publishing the Newsletter.
Founder & Advisor of local chapters for several international organizations, such as:
- Toastmasters (TM), founded four clubs and a member of six (out of nine) Jordanian clubs. Served as Area Governor for Jordan and currently serving as Assistant Division Governor.

- Junior Chamber International (JCI), co-founded and served as president of a local chapter (Amman West in 2006).
