In relation to RTB and a global advertiser publisher marketplace it is my contention that the (so obvious) need for a (that) "neutral" inter-connector bringing all parties together (and provide much needed 'inter-operability') at an 'inter-exchange' level, is not only coming soon, but ....
.....I do feel (very) strongly that it is a role to be eventually filled by Looksmart's AdCenter "management" capability. And an AdCenter that has been built to scale.
