| Description: | • Met with “CXO” level clients while developing strategic alliances with Ask Jeeves, CNet Networks, AOL Time Warner, Yahoo, OSTG, Reed Elsevier, Tours.com, Ignite Health, and others.
• Authored contractual working agreements for AOL, Tours.com, and Ignite Health meeting the specific needs of each client. • Managed and directed the patent process to the USPTO for two proprietary search technologies. Assisted in crafting and developing claims for this process. Co-Inventor of two approved US patents. • Recruited the Yoogli management team including Advisor Rich Marino (former President, CNet and CEO, PC World), President Joe Kerwin, CTO Dave Taylor, and 3 director level engineers. • Actively pursued meetings with VC’s and angels and assisted in the presentation of the Yoogli vision and technology. • Launched a beta automatic music playlist generation and recommendation engine – engaged Apple, Wal-mart, AOL, and Sony in license and co-branding discussions. |
