Description:
Urbieta has been working as the Director of Junior Achievement Program since 2005 and has been active in the growth of its program all throughout Paraguay. One of his proudest achievements is overseeing the success of adapting the Junior Achievement Program to fit the needs of a sustainable education program for rural schools, an example being the San Francisco Agricultural School, as well as creating a business education program for Enterprising Women receiving microloans. In addition, Roberto has seen the need for youth to be exposed to business on an international level and successfully implemented the program Job Shadow Day International, allowing students from Paraguay to experience and visit with profesionals in Argentina and Brazil.
