Description: • Project manager for payment new STP system using 5 deferent applications. (Major area of involvement: write the business requirements, work with programmers, testing all scenarios, implementing, staff training, monitoring and reporting).
• Managing, monitoring and reconciling the Payment Accounting system at Riyadh Bank,
• Main participant in implementing many new systems in Riyadh bank, the last implemented was the SAMA successful project for changing SAREI messages format and IBAN usage.
• Prepare all management reports needed to analyze and evaluate the payment department efficiency, and to use that in development process.
• Main participant in creating MIS system for all operation division departments using the net to have updated online information.
• Establishing new unit for supporting accounting system for all Riyad Bank departments (Major area of involvement : choosing staff, training, write procedures, planning and coordinate the work flow of the documents from all departments to the unit, archiving, programs for automatic posting, etc).
• Handling correspondents of branches, departments and costumers query using deferent computer systems (e.g. SWIFT).
• Responsible for payroll process for more than 700,000 beneficiaries in different local banks using the local net along with bank payroll system.
• Responsible for direct debit management system using the local net and the DDMS.
• Responsible for VOSTRO banks section, processing payment through SWIFT and local net system SARIE, calculating interest and minimum balances & over drown charges.
• Responsible for processing incoming payment through swift and local net, from NOSTRO correspondent.
• Key participation in development and updating of procedures for many bank operations especially for payment and reconciliation departments.
• Responsible for test key section and updating SWIFT directory in payment system.
