Costa Rican, 42, married, living in Heredia, Costa Rica (Central America).
Chemical Engineer from the University of Costa Rica (UCR). MBA with specialization in Industrial Management, Interamerican University of Costa Rica.
In1986, best grade in the Math Placement Test and third best grade in the National Admission Test, both from the University of Costa Rica. Most recently, graduated with honors from Universidad Interamericana de Costa Rica (overall GPA of 96, dissertation grade A+).
Strong mathematical, analytical and computer skills.
Experience in the manufacturing industry (lighting, rubber and plastic), in Quality/Environmental/OHS Consultancy, and more recently in the technical/industrial sales sector (equipment for refineries and more). Specialty in Management Systems (ISO and OHSAS standards).
MBA dissertation: Business Plan for the installation of a Supercritical Fluid Extraction plant in Costa Rica, to manufacture natural vanilla extract and other high-value plant extracts.
