Raymond P. Burrasca --- Co-Managing Director, Windom Peaks Capital, LLC
Mr. Burrasca is a seasoned business professional and experienced corporate
executive with over thirty years of corporate experience with a particular emphasis
in the areas of corporate transactions, finance and strategic planning. In addition
to his extensive experience managing the financial affairs of the companies for
which he has worked, including serving as those companies’ de facto CFO,
he has also been responsible at different times for sales and marketing, product
management, business and product development (including mergers and acquisitions)
and operational planning.
He has extensive experience in writing business plans, generating financial
statements (both historical and pro forma), and providing presentations to
outside investors. Of particular importance to his past and current clients, is
Mr. Burrasca’s experience as a strategic planner. In his various capacities
as a corporate strategist, Mr. Burrasca has fashioned strategies that have
proven, over time, to be winning ones which have ensured not only the
survival of the businesses for which he has been responsible, but also the
significant success of those businesses over the longer term into the future.
As importantly, in addition to his financial, operations and business development/
strategic planning duties, Mr. Burrasca duties as a senior corporate lawyer have
placed him at the head of teams that have negotiated and successfully closed
multi-billion dollar stock and asset purchases and divestitures, joint venture
partnerships (involving both domestic and foreign participants), and major
energy, equipment and land sales and purchases.
Mr. Burrasca attended Union College (and obtained his B.A. degree Economics
and Business Administration) and Pace University (where he obtained his joint
MBA/J.D. degree, with honors).
Mr. Burrasca has been admitted to the bar in both New York and Connecticut,
and is admitted to practice before the United States District Courts in both the
Southern and Eastern Districts of New York and before the U.S. Court of
International Trade. He is the author of various articles on different legal and
business topics and is a past member of the Westchester-Fairfield Corporate
Counsel Association, the New York State Bar Association and the American
Bar Association.
