Established risk management systems for leveraged trading as part of the Nikko joint venture in Tokyo. - Wrote specifications to enhance the CARMA system and the in-house legacy system. - Drafted a paper that was subsequently published on pricing the credit risk of hedge fund leverage. - Developed methodologies to calculate credit reserves for equity derivatives, credit exposure for long tenor trades under margining requirements with daily mark to market, and credit exposure for mortgage forward portfolios. - Supervised the repo system risk factor calculations and assisted with setting minimum volatility levels for the FX margin system. |
