Description: Duties:
1. Operational Duties:
• Generate the daily and monthly sales report to the top management.
• The full responsibilities to achieve the sales target that provide by company top
management level with keep the company G.P margin on the correct level.
• Daily checking the company stock level to avoid any over in the company stock level.
• Manage all Tokyo Games division Sales and workshop teams, with high level of
experience.
• Daily visit to all Jeddah showrooms, and weekly or monthly visits to other locations
outside Jeddah.
• Control all Kingdoms showrooms monthly expenses.
• The responsibilities to found the new shop location in all Kingdoms, and control the
decoration work process with the contractor to finish and open the shop on time that
provided from company to management.
• Start to arrange the shops display after all decoration work is finished.
• Good relation with all Malls owners or agencies in the time we need to open new
showrooms.
• Co ordinate with purchase department to put the accurate quantities we need to
order from all items (Consoles, games, and accessories) on the two sides pre order
and re order.
• Taking care to be the first company provide all the new items to Saudi market before
all our competitors, and I owning excellent mechanism for this purpose.
• Excellent Experience in all games names in all platforms and which games can sell
more or less.
• Excellent business relations with many overseas suppliers related in our field
business.
2. Logistics Duties:
• After the purchase department finishes to order the items from overseas, I will handle
to ship all the shipments to both our company warehouses.
• Study the best way to ship through cheapest way (if the items not necessary) or
fattest way (if we need to ship the hot items like games) to be the first company sells
the hot items in Saudi Market.
• Control all the shipments on transit by daily bases, to make all our shipments arrive
to our warehouse in good conditions and on time.
• Excellent knowledge with all Saudi customs regulations in all gateways (Jeddah,
Dhahran, and Riyadh customs) and this help to avoid any shipment stuck in any
gateway for any reason.
• Excellent Relation with all customs stuff to clear the stuck shipment if happen.
• Excellent relation with many courier companies like: DHL, Aramex, Fedex, and many
others.

Position: Chief Accountant
Time period: January 1998 - February 2007
Description: Duties:
• Generate all financial Reports.
• Generate most of company quotations and purchasing from
Local Market and overseas.
• Input of all stock receipts (GRN’s) & maintain serial control, print
the stock receipt & maintain a file.
• Input all stock transfer notes (STN’s) – warehouse to shops &
shop to shop transfers. Filing of same & maintain serial control.
• Input all Returns to supplier notes.
• Manually Input all invoices from shops that are not computerized
& tally the sales, cash & credit sales figures with the summary
sent by salesmen.
• Verify the cash banked/ handed over to cashier with the sales
summary & prepare an excel summary of the above item.
• Compare physical verification of stock summary of shops with
the computer system & report on any shortages.
• Updating the system of computerized shops through the network
connection. Check & verify the sales figures with the weekly
summary Sent by Salesman.
Over all duties during my Chief accountant position in the company:
• Manage the Tokyo Games shops sales during the Year of 2003.
• Handling and managing the Workshops division in the company started
from 2005 until now.
• Handling and managing the Video clubs division in the company
started from 2006 until now.
