Description: STS is a regional IT and Enterprise Solutions Provider offering both branded software products as well as in-house software solutions
- Performing project initiating, planning and closing activities such as team identification,
effort and cost estimation, budget monitoring, and delivering work packages
- Defining critical success factors and deliverables of the project and monitoring them
- Overseeing the project execution activities by frequent monitor and control exercises on
