Time period: July 1998 - Present
Description: • Customer Support Manager
• Supervise the Quality control for the whole Banking system Package.
• Supervise all Update documents (New Versions, Installation procedures, Releases and scripts) and User manuals, which we have to send to our customers/Banks.
• Implementing the banking system in more than Twenty banks in Jordan, Palestine, Lebanon, Syria, Qatar, Bahrain, Egypt, Algeria, Nigeria and Gambia Especially the following systems:
- Core System (Customer profile, accounts, deposits and remittances).
- Credit Facility System.
- Trade Finance (Letter of credit, Letter of Guarantees, Bills for Collection).
- Loans and Discounted Bills.
- Dealing room and Reuters Interface.
- ATM system and the interfaces with Sparrow and Oasis systems (U switch ware)
- External delivery systems such as: Phone banking, SMS Banking, Internet banking and corporate banking.

Description: • Supervising & directing a staff of seven accountants.
• Produce the monthly financial statements.

• Supervise the financial affairs between the Mother Company and the affiliated companies in Jordan & abroad.
• Supervise the implementation of the company’s finance and Accounting policies.
