Peter Quintana

Peter has provided consulting, coaching and training to several public and private sector organizations. He has a career spanning 30 years in IT, operations, project management and strategy development, and offers coaching in business performance improvement to SMEs and training in project, change and risk management, as well as in leading complex change. His career was primarily in Financial Services, but also in the Oil and Chemical Industry and Software Development, and he has extensive international experience, particularly in Europe and Asia.
His experience of change management, both as a leader and an architect of change, includes merger and acquisition, divestment, and significant strategic and organisational change in companies such as Albany Life/Canada Life, Standard Chartered Bank and ClarityBlue/Experian.
His current and past clients include Cranfield University, Manchester Metropolitan University, Middlesex University, The FSA, First Data International, Kent County Council, Rand Europe, as well as several SMEs in the Bath/Bristol area. He has also just been appointed as a coach on the GWE Business West/ERDF Coaching for High Growth Programme in the South West.
Peter holds an MSc in Business Management Systems from Warwick Business School (WBS), is a Chartered IT Practitioner and a Member of the British Computer Society.
