I am a self taught person who has studied studio arts. physics, and philosophy. I have successfully obtained provisional patent on a new type of battery, and am looking to put a team together which will create a prototype and from there a pilot manufacturing process. I will trade equity shares in whatever profit, if any, this venture produces, in exchange for your talent in reaching the above stated goals. I will share information freely with qualified person(s) willing to sign a "Non-Disclosure Agreement" to protect my intellectual property. I can and will prove to anyone intersted that I am of sterling character, honest, trustworthy and reliable. We can write a deal which can protect you from liability downsides.
