• Led fundraising efforts, negotiated and implemented share and option structure, secured funding of 3M$

• Reduced hosting costs by >50% by renegotiating contracts with suppliers and rationalizing part of the hosting operation

• Developed tools for tracking user behaviour and experience across mobile, internet and traditional media increasing reach, tracking and analysing user behaviour helped client to increase online revenue and increase their CPM rates 300%
• Led client development and business teams to design and implement high profile, high traffic (mobile) internet sites that generated subscription based and advertising revenues from day one while generating more user knowledge
