Achievements:
I am quite strong at execution. I have been able to run an extremely tight ship through the course of these projects closely monitoring progress to ensure timely delivery.
I can take a rough design or a high level problem statement, break it down cleanly and design and implement elegant solutions.
In real estate project, realizing that a large amount of work had to be accomplished in a short span of time, I played an inspired hands on role while project managing the rest of the team’s efforts. I set an example through never-say-die attitude devising customized ways of crawling complex county sites. The sense of urgency and motivation set the pace for the rest of the team.
In Nextag Stores project, I did competitive analysis and product management. I did business metric analysis of the clicks to sales ratio and raised the conversion from .5% to 2% by buyer pipeline enhancements.
I have worked with many fresh developers and taught them coding in a product-company environment, teach them about code reuse and thorough unit-testing, educate them on production and development environments and databases.
