Got involved in restructuring the company’s organization charts and became the vice president. - Set up strategic expansion plans. - Move the company’s production to expand in production activities, export, introducing franchise system, expanded to new production area. - Establishing joint ventures with internationally recognized company’s in the same field like Schuco International KG Of Germany & Equipe of Italy & Stanly of U.S.A. - In 1995 established Ittihad insulating glass a strategic partner to Petra Aluminum Company.
