• Led, with direct authority from CEO, the successful launch of 6 satellites by coordinating of 10 senior engineers with 4 major Aerospace Manufacturers. Supervised budgets of $30M per launch and negotiated over 20 multi-million-dollar contracts with European and Russian executives.
• Oversaw the successful development, production and launch of 6 Fregats, a rocket stage, by coordinating relations with major Russian manufacturer enabling market entry of the first worldwide commercial stage with re-ignition capacity, that became Starsem’s commercial spearhead.
• Led Arianespace reorganization to integrate Starsem’s business, successfully overcoming a 30% lay-off in Arianespace’s workforce. Joined the Arianespace’s Board of Directors. Arianespace/Starsem are now the World leader with 72% of market share in 2008.
• Led a multi-cultural team of 50 technical workers to redeploy Starsem’s damaged facilities in less than 3 months, thus, enabling Starsem to launch in time on-going projects
