• Led the company’s culture change from technology focused to market driven, concentrating on customer needs, competitive positioning, design-win cycles, operations and after sales support. • Won the company’s first customer and leveraging this partnership, grew sales revenues of GPS ICs from non-existent in 2005 to over $10M projected worldwide for 2008. • Set the company’s marketing infrastructure, including defining pricing strategy, setting distribution programs, driving sales forecast, developing new product launch processes and creating marketing communications (press releases, datasheets, sales collateral material, website, etc). Through promotion, partnerships and personal drive, enhanced the company’s market exposure, competitive reputation and sales revenue that led to acquisition offers by two large public companies. |
