Negotiated a land lease and commercial license from Department of Civil Aviation Dubai • Coordinated with the Construction Management and was involved in the appointment of Consultants and Contractors for the Project. • Coordinated with partners in Zurich, in terms of development of budgets, business plan, conflict resolutions etc. Almulla Gerling Insurance Consultancy - Joint Venture with Gerling of Germany (Company now re-positioned as Atradius) • Led an extremely complicated licensure process with the Ministry of Economy Abu Dhabi. • Coordinated with international partners during initial negotiations, towards entire development of the Limited Liability Company till the functional management was put in place for operation of business. |
