Nitin is a seasoned executive with both Fortune 500 and high growth entrepreneurial
companies. His twenty five years of experience spans the cleantech, semiconductor,
and telecommunications industries. He has created and run business units within large
corporations, driven business development at both global corporations and start-up
companies, led the acquisition of public and private multi-million-dollar enterprises,
along with raising Venture Capital funding and doing due diligence prior to venture
capital investing. In addition, his background in executive management, business
development, marketing, product management, product development, and operations
has been multinational, with organizations in the United States, Europe, and Asia.

WORK EXPERIENCE

Position: Director of Business Development
Description: Nitin is currently the Director of Business Development at PARC, the recognized leader in
research-based innovation including the graphical user interface, laser printing, clientserver architectures, the Ethernet etc. Nitin is responsible for identifying, structuring
and investing in business opportunities that capitalize on PARC technology and
marketplace needs in renewable energy, clean water, adaptive energy, solid state
lighting, biomedical devices, optoelectronics and optical systems. Nitin was instrumental
in launching the startup@parc program through which PARC has incubated two companies already with two more in the pipeline for 2008.

Position: Vice President of Business Development, Product Management & Marketing
Description: As an entrepreneur, Nitin was the Vice President of Business Development, Product
Management & Marketing at NanoNexus, a venture-funded company (>$50M raised) founded to provide advanced contactor products for the electronics industry.

Employer: Novellus Systems
Position: General Manager
Description: At Novellus Systems (~ $1.6B systems company), Nitin as General Manager, launched
the Optical Products Business Unit. Prior to this he led the Strategic Marketing and
Business Development organization reporting to the Chairman & CEO, where among
other responsibilities he executed on public ($350M) and private mergers & acquisitions.

Description: At Texas Instruments, Nitin managed a globally dispersed (USA, Germany, Japan) crossfunctional team to develop and manufacture mixed-signal semiconductor technology for products used in high capacity storage systems, wireless communication components
