| Employer: | Cryptzone AB |
| Position: | VP Marketing |
| Time period: | January 2003 - December 2008 |
| Description: | Cryptzone AB, formerly Secured eMail AB, a Swedish based company is a market leader in content encryption and security, and today partners with some of the big names such as Microsoft, Novell, IBM, Workshare & SafeNet. For 4 years, I represented the company as the VP of Marketing, my responsibilities included managing the marketing team, and the communication positioning of the company towards the industry as well as the day to day operational activities such as online and offline sales and marketing
initiatives including advertising, direct marketing, participating in relevant conferences, developing strategic partnerships, SEO, generating lead databases, conducting webinars, promotional offers, affiliate programs, social media marketing and PR. In 2007, we made a decision to change our company name from Secured eMail to Cryptzone. This was due to a broader range of products that we were offering and our name no longer reflected what we offered. I was a vital player in the name change decision following over a year of significant investment in market research and messaging.I also created a Partner Program for Cryptzone that was devised to attract serious Partners and motivate current Partners to progress to the next level. Incentives such as discounts were determined based on the status of the Partner by factoring consistent new business revenue, completion of training courses and professional services provided around the Cryptzone solution. |
