Description: • Planned, designed, and supervised the country’s biggest annual event targeted towards university students all over U.A.E. UOS programming contest is a popular annual “young people’s” event, ranked #1 among the students’ community.
• Managed the negotiations with the sponsors to ensure a win-win outcome for the event itself and for the sponsors, and eventually the customers (students).
• Set appropriate targets for junior staff and periodically guided them on selling how-to’s, reviewed sales performance and evaluated return on investment according to forecasted sales, and ensured staff motivation and satisfaction through personal support and commissioning.
