Miguel Ramos is a Customer Relationship Manager, at EVERTEC, Inc. In this capacity he is responsible for helping customers identify and resolve business challenges for the Financial, Insurance and Distribution Industry in Puerto Rico. Since 1993, he has also worked for AMR, Inc, Banco Santander, PriceWaterhouseCoopers, Cambridge Technology Partners, Financial Fusion and S1 Corporation where his jobs have included Project Manager, Associate Director and Regional Account Executive among others.
Miguel has experience in the following industries: Banking, Insurance, Retail and Governmental. He has specialization in Information Availability, Application Hosting and Internet Banking. Miguel is also experienced in understanding customer’s business processes and providing business solutions that will provide customers with a return on their investment.
In addition to his career success, Miguel is also a Business Entrepreneur. In 1998, he Co-Founded Eco Baby Concepts, the first retail store in Puerto Rico offering a place where parents and families can buy all organic and non-toxic products for their babies ranging from clothes, to bedding, to baby care, and much more.
Miguel graduated from Columbus University in 1998 with a major in Computer Engineering. In 2010, he became a Certified Life Coach by the Therapeutic Life Institute and the Hispanic American Society of Applied Psychology.
