FULL BIO

My early career includes stints as a political journalist and healthcare software designer before moving more into emerging technologies. I was a founder member of UK Online, the UK's first consumer-facing ISP, and built up the Web team from scratch. After that was sold to Easynet, I co-founded nGame, which created some of the first multi-player games for interactive TV and mobile phones (SMS, WAP, Java & BREW). We sold nGame to Mforma (now Hands-On Mobile), and then co-founded Short Fuze (now Moviestorm Limited). We became interested in machinima, made a highly successful film (no longer available for copyright reasons), wrote a book, and then decided to turn that interest into a business. We now make animation tools that are easy enough for novices to use, yet powerful enough for professionals, and intend to make Moviestorm as popular as Word or Photoshop.
