The visualization was used for the purpose of consumer self-service for configuration of an entire room. The business proposal was for a proof of market concept relationship from design to deployment and ongoing support. Creating Technology Architectures for Product and Services offerings: Significant focus on the design and architecture of a CRM solution for specific client needs evolved into a proposed generalized CRM offering and consulting services practice that eventually became a CA offering. Supporting the Sales Process: Concentrated on the Database & Application Development tools area of the CA product lines, including relational and object-oriented solutions. Incorporated Solution Selling approaches, which enabled the proper levels of exposure to the complete CA solution set as it applied to strategic internet deployments of the total CA solution. |
