As aIDEAS Founder & Senior Partner Martin Sabry is responsible for the management and strategic direction of aIDEAS, leading a multidisciplinary team at the forefront of business development of advanced technology innovative inclusive design solutions.
Martin Sabry holds a PhD in Optical Networks and Next-generation IT Media Services Provision from University College London (1998). He has since worked for advanced IT equipment developers and service providers, including BNR Plc (Bell Northern Research), Ionica Plc, Nortel Networks Plc and Marconi Plc. Previous projects have also included NGO funded research and innovation programmes, including EU, RACE & ACTS, as well as industry collaborative funded research with GPT Plc and GEC-Marconi Plc.
As PLM (Products Lines Manager) for the VC-funded premier optical switch solutions company and manufacturer Polatis Inc, Cambridge (UK), Martin Sabry is responsible for inter-departmental liaison to ensure timely delivery of product and customer focused technical business solutions.
Martin Sabry has authored more than 300 technical reports, quality documents and academic publications in addition to 27 inventions (patents granted and pending).
