Martin has extensive experience building and managing web teams; creating innovation through design by advocating best practices in usability, accessibility and user-experience design complimented with semantic and extensible standards based development.
With several years experience in a Creative Director role and a wide array of highly diverse skill sets and experiences; Martin has worked with and helped grow organization large and small, including Discovery Communications, Inc. and The Motley Fool to name a few.
