FULL BIO
My approach to market and business development has always been to initiate game-changing, disruptive strategies to drive major growth or business turnaround in global markets -- those that overturn the status quo and make the biggest possible impact.
I'm now putting those energies as CEO of my first startup -- NetBridge Global, Inc., a company whose mission is to help companies do business in China.
Previously at NComputing, I restructured business development to scale and triple our involvement in over 50+ emerging market education projects. After developing a strategic business plan to enter the China market, I led and managed the staffing and local partner engagements, partnering with the largest IT distributor, partnering with the Ministry of Education for a 1000 city rural computing initiative and achieving $1M in the first year of operation.
In 10+ years at INTEL I strategized and drove the delivery of millions-of-dollars in revenue by leading large, diverse global teams to extend Intel's reach / leadership into emerging markets.
In addition, I am a proponent of using the principles of creative capitalism, marrying the principles of capitalism and business with social development. I blog about topics related to disruptive leadership and the role creative capitalism as a pathway for corporate profit and world progress at http://www.disruptiveleadership.com.
