1. Established the TRC in Jordan, as part of the Telecom Sector Restructuring;
2. Established the regulatory framework for all services in Jordan;
3. Prepared the National Numbering Plan for Jordan also worked the RIO and Interconnection Agreement;
4. Prepared and issued a fixed license (PSTN), 2 Paging licenses, 2 Payphones licenses, a Trunking license, 2 GSM licenses, more than 20 Data licenses, more than 200 Spectrum licenses, three Calling Card licenses and four GMPCS licenses;
5. Prepared and issued the Call for Tenders for the Paging License, Payphones Licenses, GSM License and Trunking Licenses;
6. Managed National Numbering Plan to promote competition in the telecom sector;
7. Established the processes leading to modification or termination of telecom licenses;
8. Studied, reviewed and evaluated more than 100 applications and proposals of individual and companies, as an applications request for license and/or response to call for tenders for telecom network and services in Jordan;
9. Participated as a member of the Executive Committee in formulating overall policies and strategies for Jordan;
