• Interned for a period of 1 month as assistant product manager – assisting in framing
the timeline for the product release & its release candidates;
• Helped in the conceptualization & design of an IDA project (as a part of creating an
intelligent Singapore by 2015)
• Carried rigorous load testing on the product as a part of usability test & analyzed the
quality standard of the product (as part of the QA team).

Employer: Standard Chartered Bank (SCB)

Description: (SCOPE International provides IT Enabled Services including Back Office Processing, Software Development, System Support, Transaction Processing to SCB worldwide)
• Interned at SCOPE International a wholly owned subsidiary of Standard Chartered plc,
UK, which is based in Chennai.
• Helped in the implementation of an Enterprise Content Management (ECM) system for
SCB Singapore.
• Managed the file sharing server of SCB to help implement access controls, security
features & file sharing capabilities.

Employer: D-Max PTE LTD

Description: (D-Max PTE LTD develops & distributes VOIP solutions to end users & corporate firms)
• Headed the technical team to implement the VoIP solution and customize it according to
the area of deployment; involved handling LINUX server systems, phpMyAdmin.
• Completed an appropriate billing system to supplement the developed VOIP system;
tested successfully using various testing phases; presently in the deployment phase.
• Researched the VOIP market segment in Asia, the nature of client demand and variety of
services offered, to identify market openings.
• Completed a sector review of the telecom industry in South East Asia and China.
• Prepared an update on market trends and the competitive scenario in the telecom
industry and helped identify sales opportunities for the developed product.
• Made a presentation to the Ministry of Foreign Alliance (MFA) regarding the developed
VOIP solution; further implementation based on approval from the MFA.
