Develop and implement environmental remediation projects planning for required service stations. Serve as an emergency contact in case of crashes, or other kind of incidents and near misses.

In charge of performing federal inspections and audits to gas companies, including but not limited to:
Drug and Alcohol Abuse Prevention Programs; Safety Evaluations; Personnel Qualification Program; Operations and Maintenance Manual; Emergency Response Manuals; Realize regular and specialized inspections to the 12 gas companies having jurisdictional systems trough out the Island. Realize field inspections during excavations and pipelines construction following DOT and OSHA Regulations (Shoring, Fire Safety, welding safety, others). Prepare annual inspections, conduct training for operators and their customers on operations and safe handling of propane gas. Prepare monthly reports of work performed. Prepare a study for determining how many operators with jurisdictional systems were in existence. Help operators develop Operator Qualification Programs. conduct closing meetings with operators after inspections. Conduct daily patrolling of operators on going projects. Assess operators on daily operations. Organize annual Seminars for the operators.
Assist during road interventions with the MCS/HM Department, realizing inspections.
