Developed and managed daily operational activities across all domains, including recruiting and managing a virtual team and external vendors. Raised venture funding to develop proof-of-concept.

Description: Joined executive staff full-time after two years as an Advisor. Assisted in raising VC funding for A-round investment of $5.5 million. Managed staff and activities across key departments of Product Management, User Experience Design and Customer Support. Created and recruited staff for these departments, resulting in key growth and delivery improvements. Work hands on in developing product roadmap, sdlc processes, design UI and priorities, and strategic product focus and direction. Manage direct reports in Seattle and New York, as well as manage external design vendors in both locations.
