Description:	Facilitated implementation of new supply/spend management techniques for Otis Russia/Ukraine by delivering trainings concurrently with on-the-job knowledge transfer to purchasing teams in Russia/Ukraine. “Glued” together a team of 14 stakeholders with various mentalities, functions, hierarchical levels by establishing close contacts, diffusing conflicts and listening to opinions, providing common communication tools. Contributed to the knowledge transfer and business relationship facilitation between WE-based companies and Russia/Ukraine. Other activities included: benchmarking interviews with the international manufacturing pioneers in Russia, co-ordination of supplier research, RFQ preparation, supplier development, cost breakdown analysis, implementation strategy… Prepared and delivered updates to the Steering Committee comprising VPs and GM.
