I'm excited about having the opportunity to recruit and do business development within the Green/Cleantech sector. This combines both my passions for the Green Business movement and helping candidates find the ideal career opportunity. I'm also studying for my LEED certification.

I value integrity and an honest approach to the recruitment process. I spend a great deal of time understanding both my candidates and clients' needs and expectations, which enables me to make successful matches. In addition to introducing ideal roles to my candidates, I provide them with career coaching, interview preparation, and advice on how to develop their personal brand. I'm very passionate about career development and social media, and provide this as a value added service.
