• Analyzed the proposed implementation strategy of a new fraud prevention initiative and recommended modifications to senior management
• Built a financial model to assess fraud prevention initiative’s costs and benefits based on interview with client employees
Data Security Strategy Project for large payment services client:
• Identified and remedied security problems in client’s payment products by developing a security strategy framework
• Tested new framework on three product-lines and presented conclusions and recommendations to client
Banking Regulation Assessment and Implementation Project for large mortgage industry client:
• Led scenario analysis workshops to identify operational risk scenarios and implemented a loss data collection system

• Developed a new strategy for Decicon, an analog and mixed signal startup, with company founders. Resulted in Decicon’s shift from contract engineering to IP licensing business
• Led market research that identified power management and analog interfaces as target markets for Decicon’s IP products
• Pitched design ideas and finished ICs to prospective customers, resulting in signing of 3 new customers

• Designed analog and mixed signal ICs from definition stage to transistor level layout
• Defined product specifications for new IC's in company's developing IP product portfolio through customer interviews, competitive benchmarking, and adjustments based on the availability of process technologies and cost
