Description: I run the day to day operations of the biggest blog and forum targeted towards young
entrepreneurs. I am responsible for hiring and managing new and existing writers, moving
the business forward by adding value based features to aid young entrepreneurs with the
endeavours and I am the face of the business. I currently manage a team of 2 executives
and 5 writers while growing the business on the internet landscape. I am also one of the
biggest contributors as far as writing for the blog is concerned.

Time period: January 2008 - Present
Description: My main job duties are handling all the sales processes for PetEcommerce. I am currently
creating the sales documents, territories and sales processes for the business. I am
managing a team of 4 salespeople spread out over North America. I provide support and
coaching to our staff and support and conflict resolution for our customers. My other duties
include helping create promotions and publicity for the company. I work directly with the
CEO.

Employer: MTS Connect
Position: Communications Consultant
Time period: May 2007 - Present
Description: Sold products and services for the MTS brand including cellular, T.V and internet. Helped
customers troubleshoot their complications. Used a needs based analysis to determine the best products for each client. Managed my customer base by building relationships through follow-up calls and excellent customer service. Consistently in the top two for sales and total margin.

Employer: Rogers Wireless Communications Inc.
Position: Sales Manager
Description: Grew from a sales associate to manager in the first year. I managed the sales and
administrative tasks of the store. As a manager I kept up my personal sales and was
consistently ranked in the top 5 in Canada. Used my sales and leadership skills to train other aspiring managers, did this by holding training sessions for over 20 people at a time. I grew sales by over 110% in the store that I managed. Was honoured as salesperson of the year for my market at our national yearly conference in Toronto.
