My Motivation
There's something about creatively bringing brands and consumers together with the latest, proven technologies to see real, tangible results of brand marketing for my clients. When technologies emerge, such as social media and mobile marketing over the past few years, I'm motivated to immerse myself into all that there is to know so that I can apply these techniques, for the brands that I service. If there is ever a time that that I see less than positive results from my company’s efforts, our nimbleness allows us to alter our course with the client’s profitability as our primary goal.

My Contribution
20-plus years in marketing, advertising, and public relations have afforded me the fortune of applying my knowledge of Internet marketing, media, and skillful online strategies in Mobile SEO and social media. My previous roles as president of The Ross Agency, EVP Marketing of Vectrix Corporation, and later EVP Ad Agency Division for Broadcast News Corporation have provided depth in experience for large-scale campaigns, yet meaningful interaction with brands to truly understand their target markets.

What I enjoy about what I do
I have the pleasure of working with company owners and brand managers who are passionate and excited about what they do. Through their knowledge and intense belief in their product or service, I'm able to thoroughly understand their target demographic and zero in on the best formula for their online marketing. When gathering information for blog content, for example, the opportunity to interact with staff members in all positions at companies is especially enjoyable, as it brings a greater enlightenment on how to best reach the consumer.

My Environment
I work with emerging technologies in search marketing, which is an environment in continuous evolution. My clients benefit through insight into those markets. Since my role as a team member for my clients is to motivate customers to interact with their brand, I apply these emerging technology trends and insights for not only my industry but that of my clients. I also have the pleasure of working with other online professionals, creatives, and marketing experts who are the best in their fields. There is a tremendous amount of satisfaction in pulling together multiple tools and skillsets into one space in order to deliver great results for the client.

My Opportunities
In an effort to provide an outlet for Rostin Ventures' clients who desire to give to those in need, one of my most pleasurable recent opportunities was establishing Social Media Outreach in 2010. Social Media Outreach is a platform that aids worthy causes such as homelessness in America, connecting organizations and consumers who communicate through social media.
