Project size was 40% of the company’s annual profit with 40+ participants in Finland, Sweden, Denmark and Norway • Installed a unified project management framework to replace non-performing ad hoc projects. By creating clear communication processes and providing planning and follow-up tools we reduced new employee orientation time and increased project participants’ job satisfaction across organization • Promoted to Development manager within 9 months after starting as a full-time project manager Problem Solving and Analysis • Managed a project that restructured the company’s troubled affinity program. The project increased internal efficiency by 60% and raised cardholder self-service rate to 95% • Drove the company’s online sales strategy re-design.
