FULL BIO

Prior to starting his own company, John spent eighteen years in a fast paced automotive manufacturing environment. John built and nurtured several teams of Quality Professionals. Through multiple facility expansions, new customer additions and constant changes to industry standards the teams adapted and consistently performed at World Class Quality levels.
His experiences in the corporate setting allowed John to successfully launch his own consulting business in the small – medium size manufacturing sector. This business was an extension to the work he performed as a Sales Engineer in the late 1990’s.
John formed a general partnership to establish the first Canadian Distributor, of fresh cut flowers, in the Manhattan, New York market. The company generated over $500,000 in revenue within its first year of operation and John sold his share of the company to his partner after 15 months.
Currently John is the President of Tadger Group International, a company which he founded in 2001. Incorporated in 2004, the company has averaged 26% revenue growth over the last three consecutive years. John has been instrumental in expanding the business to over 30+ countries with over 100 distributors worldwide.
