have run 3 businesses over the past 20 years: a non-profit industrial development corporation, a frozen foods manufacturer and a garden products importer (with trade, retail and online sales components).
A project that wrapped up in September 2009 developed a brownfield property my wife and I owned with a new commercial building. This is a green building and we've just received Gold level LEED certification for Core and Shell!
I am now working in partnership with my wife, Judy as J2 Partners, Inc. J2 is a broad business consultancy, both for businesses we develop and as consultants for others.
We are interested in working on a project basis with businesses on:
