Sorting and acceptance of freight from Denmark to the rest of the world. 22 staff and 420 vans/trucks per month. - Customs and Airfreight. Clearance of export freight from Denmark. 14 staff. Projects: - Transport Management program (TMP): An BPR type program to insure optimization of processes and productivity for HUBs and Gateways within DHL Aviation. - Head of operational training in Copenhagen and coordinator of between project groups and training implementation. - Initiatives to explore opportunities and synergies after merger of DHL with several other big transport companies. - Group leader of the Middle Management steering group with the responsibility for review of strategic objectives. |
