- Spearheaded an asset reallocation project between BMW and clients, including Honda UK, Land Rover and Jaguar, freeing production space for R56 MINI press lines ahead of an imminent plant redesign.
- Succeeded where previous efforts had failed - realised the importance of persistence and flexibility during the project management process.
- Assembled and managed a twelve-person project team. Took the project from initial planning and or-ganisation stages through negotiations and implementation, to its final completion prior to departure.
- Assisted with the generation and validation of business processes to achieve ISO 900 2002 accredita-tion, requiring an in-depth understanding of the business (particularly Business Development and Pro-ject Management).

- Rugby: Played at 1st XV level at Cheltenham College. Gained advanced skills, later used for coaching.
- Karate: Black Belt (Shotokan) - Attained at age 11. One of the youngest Europeans to achieve such a grade at the time. Increased physical/mental coordination. Embedded discipline and instilled self-control/composure under pressure.
- Motorsport: Self-taught knowledge in the building of high-performance engines. Fact-led intensive research to source suitable components. Enhanced dexterity and accuracy. Racing introduced calcu-lated risk-taking. Optimised analytical skills through diagnosing complex mechanical problems, often the result of minute component failure.

Best essay in a class of 32 individuals (Communicating Science, Imperial College London Humanities Department).
