Position: Interim Manager & Partner
Design and coordination of the strategic plan and roadmap of the company, Focused on raising the next round of funding. Additionally, development of the commercial strategy of the product.

Description: Sector: Public health. Subsidiary of the Residential / Hospital SAR Group, with 30 centres in Spain.
SARDomus is the home division which offers public health services to the health insurance sector and for the public sector with an annual turnover of 6 million Euros and over 300 employees.

2007-Present. Position: General Manager. Main duties:
– Designing the company’s strategic plans.
– Designing the commercial strategy and commercial management with main clients.
– Developing the growth strategy by means of an implementation process in the main markets throughout the whole country.

2006-2007. Position: Director of Organization, Projects and Administration. Main duties:
– Implementation of the company’s strategic plans.
– Negotiating with clients and suppliers.
– Managing a team of 30 people.
– Redefining and standardization of the company’s processes.
– Designing and drawing up the outline of the company’s annual budget.
– Creating, defining developing tools in order to automate administrative tasks.
– Designing and drawing up the economic and operative managerial staff as well as reports for clients.
– Devising a pricing system for clients as well as a variable compensation system for direct staff.

Achievements:
– 10% yearly increase of organic invoicing.
– Improvement of the EBITDA of sales of 9%.
– Greater efficiency in the administrative department, reducing staff costs by 10%.

Interim management
I spent two years carrying out management support tasks in a company dedicated to distributing household appliances, with annual sales of 150 million Euros, a chain of 80 own shops and 150 franchises. The main functions I developed were the following:

Head of Sales Planning:
Coordination of the operative functions of the sales department made up of 8 employees.
– Development of the planning strategy of the sales department.

⋅ Establishing a policy of stock rationalization.
– Development of planning tools.
⋅ Rationalization of range and objective positioning.
⋅ Development of tools, indicators and management reports.

⋅ Coordination of interdepartmental meetings (purchases / sales).
Achievements:
– Reduction of stock levels by 20% in three months and reduction of stock breakage by 40%.
– Improvement of stock rotation and reduction of obsolete stock by 10%.
– Reduction of supplier delivery lead-time from 23 days to 8 days.
