I’m a results oriented professional with over 20 years of experience in management positions in high tech global companies IBM, Hitachi and Lenovo, with expertise in leading multicultural and worldwide teams in areas such as operations, supply chain and logistics. My experience in project management includes moving and starting processes from USA to Mexico and from Mexico to China leading human resources, controlling budgets, due dates, technical issues and logistics. Last year I had the opportunity to provide advisory to a local Distillery company in operations and environmental/water treatment affairs and dealing with authorities as well.
Besides being employed, I founded Apliatec, a company with 4 years of experience in providing Engineering solutions, handling 2D and 3D turn key added value projects for our customers in the field of Machine Vision, that need a very specialized and technical knowledge. The main focus is in detection, precision, accuracy and repeatability. The customers are mainly in the metal-mechanic, automotive, aeronautic, product design, manufacturing, cast, mold and CAD industries.
My professional background is strong in manufacturing (assembling, transforming, machining) processes in diverse areas as electronic, metal mechanic, plastic injection and food industries mainly. I can combine my personal interests with the experience in running different businesses, managing large projects, improving processes, handling budgets, providing P&L Analysis, raising funds and leading environmental protection programs
