| Description: | CompAir, a multinational compressor manufacturer sponsored me throughout my degree. As a requirement of this sponsorship I worked for the duration of my summer breaks from 2006-08.
Worked with the executive team to make recommendations for a graduate training scheme across the CompAir Group, including programme structure, costs, key personnel and implementation. Analysed in-service faults on a critical assembly which accounted for £200,000 of warranty claims in 2007/2008. Made recommendations for design improvements and manufacturing process improvements to improve part life. |
