RPOZone’s area of specialism is in providing recruitment solutions for SMEs and start-ups. Having spent many years recruiting for all different sizes of companies we noticed a trend that smaller companies tend to have less reliable recruitment methods and also have a higher spend per hire. Small companies usually have a greater challenge in attracting high quality staff than large corporations and a time-consuming recruitment process has a greater impact on the business.

We saw that through our experience and model, we could bring our expertise to SMEs and provide the same kind of service that the big corporations are accustomed to receiving. Meaning a reduction in cost of hire, higher quality of applications and a shorter time to hire.

Description: An experienced Strategic Recruitment Manager with primary experience in the technology sector. I’ve previously built and run an outsourced recruitment function in Slovakia working on large-scale/high volume corporate accounts (including Citigroup, Fujitsu, IBM and Orange). For the last 18 months, I’ve been managing the RPO division of Project IT (now RPOZone) working with start-ups and SMEs. This included spending 2 years working on-site with a flourishing telecoms company. During this period, I managed all recruitment, growing the company from 50 to 400 employees and implementing a flexible, but robust recruitment model that facilitated and delivered rapid growth across all areas of the business.

I work with small businesses to ensure they have the most appropriate, strategic recruitment model in place. This involves using my relationships with recruitment suppliers throughout the industry to provide the lowest rates and accommodating terms, yet ensure a swift, reliable and high-quality supply. It also involves helping businesses to put recruitment processes in place, including:

- Direct applications and referrals
