• Led three-person team to implement and test the transfer of firmware to Read-Only Memory
• Worked with a group of 15 engineers located in three different countries to design, implement and support the next generation flash memory firmware used in SD, CF, and Memory Stick flash memory cards; resulted in 30% cost reduction and contributed to a 90% revenue increase from 2003 to 2004
• Reduced product cost by 60% and contributed to overall revenue increase through firmware research
